Une des particularit\u00c3\u00a9s de son travail r\u00c3\u00a9side dans le contraste tragi-comique entre le chaos apparent de ses assemblages et la pr\u00c3\u00a9cision de leur processus m\u00c3\u00a9canique.<br \/>\nVal Mac\u00c3\u00a9 (Caen, 1986) est dipl\u00c3\u00b4m\u00c3\u00a9 de l&rsquo;\u00c3\u2030cole Sup\u00c3\u00a9rieure des Beaux-Arts de Nantes M\u00c3\u00a9tropole (ESBANM). Mac\u00c3\u00a9\u00c2\u00a0: Micro-concert (r\u00c3\u00a9cital \u00c3\u00a9lectro-m\u00c3\u00a9nager).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The sound performance takes place in an ordinary apartment, equipped with common domestic or household appliances : hair dryers, epilator, washing machine, vacuum cleaner, toaster, electric knife, sewing machine, electric shaver, etc. Some fun or hijacked gadgets are also present.<br \/>\nThe instrumental piece is executed from an interface called \u00ab\u00a0mercator\u00a0\u00bb directing all connected devices. He develops an allegorical universe from ordinary objects, sometimes animated as machines or mechanical assemblies increased by electronic and digital technologies. One characteristic feature of his work lies in the contrast between the tragicomic apparent chaos of his assemblies and the accuracy of their mechanical process.
